Went there to get a flat fixed and they told me it could be plugged. They plugged the tire and after about 3 hours it was flat again. I went back immediately and then the guy says it must be too damaged to be plugged. They are the tire experts, isn’t their job to determine if the tire can be plugged before they charge me to plug it then tell me too bad it didn’t work? To make matters worse they would not give me a refund.mThe guy just wanted to sell me a tire. Not a good way to do business. Next time I’ll go to a shop that knows what they’re doing and stands by their work!

Stopped by early morning for a quick air check before a long drive. They noticed uneven pressure across tires and corrected it. Also checked the spare without me asking. Small details like that made the trip feel safer.

I called to ask about getting a tire replaced. The man answered the phone ( huffing and puffing) he then be van screaming at me as I asked for availability about my tire size in a heavy accent. The call then got disconnected Due to my urgent need for a tire, I called back and hope this speaking to someone else, but the same gentleman answer the phone with the same attitude as previously continuing to yell. I hung up on him and decided to go to Costco in Arlington. Much better customer service.

Walked in with no waiting time and had my tire replaced and balanced in 20 minutes. Wilson (I think that was his name) was very kind and respectful. Even after the service my car was still indicating low pressure and I came back to ask about it, he didn’t roll his eyes and acted like it was the dumbest thing he had ever heard (like the guy at J.C. Tires did earlier), he explained that it’s normal and the message will disappear after I drive the car for a minute. Which is exactly what happened. I will be back again.

I've been here a few times and feel like the service is inconsistent and they don't explain certain policies well. I say this as a returning customer who has spent a siginificant amount of money here as new quality tires are not cheap. It was convenient and fast to get an emergency tire plug here, however, I would draw the line there. After ordering new tires with them, the warranty process and information was not clear. After getting 4 new tires from them, I was told that they come with a warranty food a certain number of years. They don't keep electronic records like many businesses do in this day and age; they only provide a paper receipt so the onus is on you as the customer to keep the random yellow receipt for years in case you have to return for follow up service/repairs. I do keep car service receipts but that didn't have that one on hand that day so this is how I found out. I later found the receipts but I was also told that tire repairs for nails aren't covered under the warranty; again, only information shared verbally but nothing in writing detailing the warranty coverage and shop policy.
